  • In a nutshell, it means no pure comps are available. These may be situations where some type of appraisal is necessary. Email us at research@valuetest.ai and we will refer you to an appraiser in our valuetest.ai network.

  • We wanted you to see under the hood as to how an appraiser may perform comp selection and combine it with AI to deliver a really good set of comparable data.

  • We believe giving you a value boxes you in a corner. You’ve seen the home, you know the neighborhood, and you know how current listings compare. We are just giving you the framework to display your expertise. However, if you want our upgraded version (coming soon!) we will give you machine generated adjustments and values!

  • For a listing appointment absolutely not. It is meant to give you that extra level of support or clout where needed. “I have access to the same research appraisers use”, may help sway the toughest seller. Price reduction scenarios are a natural for this product. On the buyer’s agent side, our focus groups point to being able to pull this preliminary information at the property against the list price as being a huge win in both time, negotiating, and establishing their value proposition when signing a buyer’s broker agreement.

  • We are in development of our “VT” Appraisal Bot to engage and capture visitors to your web sites.

  • Propmix.io is our development and data partner. With over 400 MLS vendor agreements in place, our data capabilities are unsurpassed!

Anything we missed?

We initially created Valuetest.ai to use our AI driven technology and Appraisal expertise to prove or disprove on-line values.
