It is meant to give you that extra level of support or clout where needed. “I have access to the same research appraisers use”, may help sway the toughest seller. Price reduction scenarios are a natural for this product. On the buyer’s agent side, our focus groups point to being able to pull this preliminary information at the property against the list price as being a huge win in both time, negotiating, and establishing their value proposition when signing a buyer’s broker agreement.
